Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church

Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church has stood as a shining light in the City of Can-ton; telling men, women, girls and boys that God is the Author and Finisher of our Faith.

The central message of our church is found in the book of Romans 6:23, “the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life.”

Throughout history, Mount Zion Church has taken an active part in the growth and de-velopment of this community. We have been involved in economic, social, religious, and political arena. This community is a better community because of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church.

Mount Zion is a church with four ships: Worship, Fellowship, Friendship and Servantship. We believe that we serve God through serving our fellow man. Jesus said, “If any man will be great, let him be your Servant.”
